This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which Bodements (“we”, “our”, or “us”) processes and delivers orders placed on www.bodements.com (the “Website”) and sets forth our return and cancellation terms. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions set forth below.


Shipping Destinations

We ship both within India and internationally. Orders are fulfilled from our studio in Mumbai, India. International availability may vary based on logistics and regional regulations. We currently do not ship to countries with restricted import policies, warzones, or embargoed territories.


Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders across India, regardless of order value.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 4–8 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 7 days, please contact us at support@bodements.com.


International Shipping

International orders are subject to a standard flat-rate shipping fee, visible at checkout. The shipping rate is determined by destination and weight category.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery time ranges from 10–20 business days depending on your country’s customs clearance and postal efficiency.

All international shipments are sent via tracked courier partners. Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.


Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees levied by their local customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on applicable import duties and clearance procedures.

Bodements is not responsible for delays, fees, or confiscations caused by your local authorities.


Tracking and Delivery Issues

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information is shared via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

In case of non-delivery, incorrect address details, or missed delivery attempts, please reach out to the courier service first using the tracking ID provided. You may also contact us if the issue remains unresolved.

We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer or courier delays beyond our control.


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind and delicate nature of our products—especially those categorized under Upcycled, Vintage, and Bespoke—all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

We encourage you to review all product details, measurements, and photographs carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions prior to purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives visibly damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bodements.com with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion. Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Please note that minor imperfections, fading, or inconsistencies in handmade or vintage garments are not considered defects and are part of the product’s character.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. For bespoke requests submitted via Typeform, cancellation is not permitted once your design brief has been accepted and production has commenced.


Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
